The venue is nested away in a central location in Wheeling— (to locals) in between Woodsdale and Oglebay Park. Sitting behind a busy road, Stratford Springs creates an atmosphere that is elegant and peaceful. The property is a historic venue that hosts a variety of special events. The restaurant offers constant specials and buffets while hosting beautiful weddings, baby showers, business meetings, and so much more!

The staff and management have put in a lot of work to keep Stratford Springs a destination for all to enjoy. Jeramiah Freeland, Director of Banquets and Facilities, has helped book nearly 30 weddings for the 2024 season. Jeremiah has great taste for design and has elevated the venue to be welcoming for all. We are also excited to have Ryan Freeland Lighting & Design to donate their lighting and draping services to elevate the space even more!
